Orders & shipping
How do I return my order?
Click on the Contact Page to get the phone number of aboutMEe. Please call the Customer care and return the product if it falls under the return policy.
All orders can be returned within 30 days.
Once we have received the order return, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Are there any shipping costs?
For orders under RS 500 a shipping cost of ₹50 will be charged.
All orders over ₹500 will be delivered for free.
Can I still change my order?
If you want to change your order, please send us an email to support@aboutmee.in. We will see what is still possible.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped we will send you the tracking details by mail and text. This way you can track your order.
Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours to generate the tracking details. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to support@aboutmee.in.
Payments & Discounts
What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay with Net-banking, COD, UPI and Credit card.
How can I apply a discount code?
A discount code can be applied on the checkout page. Please enter the discount code and press apply.
