At AboutMEe, we begin preparing your order as soon as it is confirmed. That means cancellations are possible only while your order is still being processed and before it has been packed or dispatched.

Once your order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you’ve had a change of heart, simply reach out to our Customer Support team as soon as possible after placing your order.

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, any prepaid amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

When We May Cancel an Order

In certain circumstances, AboutMEe may need to cancel an order, including due to:

• Product unavailability
• Payment verification issues
• Pricing or listing inaccuracies
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we need to cancel your order, we’ll let you know as promptly as possible. Any eligible refund will be processed accordingly.
